This is so true because You tend to really work hard towards the deadline, and that is really how you get work done! So many times I have not set deadlines, and have caught myself really slacking on my business! Also I think you should set realistic deadlines, because you want to have a chance at completing your tasks. So many times I have not set deadlines, and have caught myself really slacking on my business!
