Progressing from one breakthrough to another goes hand in hand with enjoying the plateau in between. When you reach cruising altitude where things level off the next breakthrough isn't far! I was at a plateau for at least 10 years. By remaining persitent, keeping focus and visualizing the peak state I'm now enjoying the next step. learning and mastering the essential principles does take time
