I can say the same about GoDaddy. I recently had a temporary suspended on my hosting. (I changed banks and didn’t update my auto-renewal) Well GoDaddy went out of their way to try to contact me before they did a cancellation. Luckily they reached me and my blog is back on line after only 24hours.
Host companies are doing more for their subscribers these days. Thanks to the economy every customer matters

Glad to hear that your blog got back on track within only 24 hours,
my hosting company held me back for days..But luckily, since then, I had
no issues, besides slow connections on weekends..
