1. Having Money Creates Problems

2. Having Money Will Alienate Me From My Family And Friends

Yes, it’s true. It will alienate you from your family and friends. Only it’s not your fault, and it’s not because you’re a different person-it’s because their problem with YOUR money.

They can be jealous or envious of your wealth, but it only shows what kind of people they are-it doesn’t change you or the way you should behave towards them-it’s just a mirror of their inner reality.

Beliefs can’t be erased, but they can be overwritten by new beliefs. It won’t happen overnight, but if you consciously work on it at least 30-60 minutes a day-you will transform your negative convictions in a matter of months.

To get rid of negative beliefs about money you first need to become aware and accept the fact that you have them. Next, accept the idea that you deserve the money and act upon your newly acquired beliefs.

You shouldn’t lose sleep over the fact that you’re selfishly “taking” money away from people. Understand that they are going to spend that money anyway. Regardless of whether they are going to pay you or the liquor store cashier-it’s only a matter of time before the money’s gone.

Get Rid Of Guilt

Napoleon Hill’s failure to retire rich shouldn’t discourage you to practice what he’s teaching in all of his fantastic books, but it’s also important to feel that you deserve to receive everything the universe has to offer.

It’s important that you understand that the sum of all money does not equal to zero-there’s more money then we can spend. The reason why some are rich and others are poor is only because of their habits, thinking and actions-not because there’s a shortage of resources.

Bill Gates, Abraham Lincoln, Isaac Newton, Michael Jordan and dozens of other mega successful people around the globe can back me up on the fact that there’s no success without failure.

Throughout the history of achievement there are hundreds of examples of how rejection precedes success and how painful failures precede extraordinary accomplishments.

I believe the reason why it happens is because a man is like a cup. Success, on the other hand, is water that fills the cup up.

Now imagine what happens if the cup isn’t big enough to fit all the water that’s pouring in …the cup overfills and the water is spilled all over the place.

We have to grow our cups before we can expect to fill them up with massive amounts of water. It’s impossible to receive more than we can handle; more than our cups can fit.

In a way, life is keeping us out of trouble by structuring barricades and obstacles. Who knows what can happen when we receive all the power with no real comprehension of what we attain?

And what about appreciation? How much more would one to be thankful for the gifts of fame and glory? The only person that can answer that is only the one that experienced this very phenomenon to the fullest. Here are a couple of historical examples:

Bill Gates. In the 70′s before starting out, he was a Harvard University dropout. The most ironic part is that, he started a software company (that was soon to become Microsoft) by purchasing the software technology from “someone” for only $US50 back then.

Ludwig van Beethoven. Before the start of his career, Beethoven’s music teacher once said of him “as a composer, he is hopeless”. And during his career, he lost his hearing …yet he managed to produce great music.

Abraham Lincoln, received no more than 5 years of formal education throughout his lifetime. When he grew up, he joined politics and had 12 major failures before he was elected the 16th President of the United States of America.

Walter Disney. Disney started his own business from his home garage and his very first cartoon production went bankrupt. During his first press conference, a newspaper editor ridiculed Walt Disney because he had no good ideas in film production.

Steven Spielberg. During his childhood, Spielberg dropped out of junior high school. He was persuaded to come back and was placed in a learning-disabled class. He only lasted a month and then dropped out of school forever.

Soichiro Honda was turned down by Toyota Motor Corporation during a job interview as “engineer” after World War Two. He continued to be jobless until his neighbors starting buying his “home-made scooters”. Subsequently, he set out on his own to start his own company.

Akio Morita, founder of giant electric household products, Sony Corporation, first product was an electric rice cooker, only sold 100 cookers (because it burned rice rather than cooking). Today, Sony is generating US$66 billion in revenue and ranked as the world’s 6th largest electronic and electrical company. See more famous failures here and here.

There’s no real, long lasting, meaningful success without at least 1 major fiasco.

Accept failure as a necessary step to great achievement. Perceive setbacks as your personal GPS advising you to take left at the next intersection.

And most important-never wallow. Always keep moving forward-learning, growing and expanding your character and widening your cup.

Being rich is good. Having millions of dollars is good. Living in a beach front mansion is good. Driving a Lamborghini is good.

Depending on what your current mindset is about money you will either agree with the above statements or really struggle with them.

For some silly reason our society has been conditioned to think that being rich is a bad thing. That being a millionaire somehow makes you a bad person.

It’s not our fault that we think this way because this type of thinking has been passed down through many generations.

If you ever want to become rich yourself, you need to understand that being rich is a good thing. That it’s OK being rich and to have a lot of money. You are allowed to be successful. More importantly-you deserve to be successful.

Many people struggle with being successful because they don’t believe they deserve to be. Let me ask you a question. If I gave you a check for $10 Million dollars right now would you feel like you deserved it?

Probably not, right?

We are conditioned to believe there is a certain limit that we deserve. There is a limit that we will feel comfortable with.

If I gave you 10 bucks it would probably be no big deal to you. But 10 million dollars is a lot of money and those negative, doubting, self sabotaging thoughts start to kick in and you start to say “oh no 10 million dollars is too much for ME”.

Well actually it’s not too much for you. In fact it might not be enough.

You can do a lot of great things with money. You can help a lot of people. You can literally change lives. You can put smiles on people’s faces all over the world and you can enjoy all the luxuries this world has to offer.

I have been to some of the greatest places in the world and had some of the greatest experiences in the world and none of it would have been possible if I was broke and wasted all my time complaining about how much my life sucks.

When you have money you can spread good on a much larger scale. You can touch so many more lives, you can reach out to so many more people. You can change the world for the better.

Money is not the be all and end all, no. It won’t make you happy. Which is why it’s important to realize that true happiness comes from within.

Most people put their happiness on hold and say I’ll be happy once I’m a millionaire. Well, happiness comes from the inside. You can’t look for external things to bring you happiness because you will always need more things.

Driving a Porsche might make you really happy but if you’re not happy on the inside once you get out of the car and sit on the couch you are feeling lousy again. So you look for another external source to make you happy.

However, if you are happy within and know that you don’t need any external things to make you happy you will breeze through life.

You won’t need to rely on the Porsche for your happiness it will just add to your already happy state. It will seem like things just keep getting better and better for you.

True wealth begins from within, once you realize that money is a good thing and it’s perfectly OK to want to have lots of it you will unlock your true potential and you will soar to unbelievable heights and feel great while doing it.

It’s no secret that experts consider Christiano Ronaldo to be the best footballer on the planet. It’s also no secret that Christiano did not become a mega superstar over night.

Ronaldo began his career as a youth player in a small Madeira team and he had an early youngster move to Sporting Clube de Portugal. As a winger in Sporting, he was spotted by Manchester United manager sir Alex Ferguson who signed him for £12.24 million in 2003.

I am a big fan of failure. I see failure as necessary experiences we must undergo in order to grow and learn new, important and profitable lessons. Often, we learn our most important life lessons only after or during our most horrid failures.

Man Utd’s failure to qualify for Europe’s final 16 was Ronaldo’s wake up call to action. I believe that Ronaldo understood that he became too high minded too early in his career.

Next season unveiled a different Christiano. Ronaldo matured into a different kind of footballer. During the summer break he worked hard and it showed early in the season.

In 2005 Red Devils claimed the Premier League and UEFA Champions League. Ronaldo was to blame and nobody could deny that. Since 2005 Ronaldo worked and developed to become what he is today-a $132 million dollar player.

If you’ve experienced hard failures during your internet marketing career, be sure that you’re on the right path.
