If you were to conduct a study amongst online marketers to find out what is the best traffic generation method you’d be shocked to find out that the vast majority of the internet marketing community still considers Article Marketing to be numero uno.

Personally, I suggest using at most 3 different methods of traffic generation because the more you use, the more dilute your funds and time. Therefore I usually select 3 main methods of traffic generation, 1 paid and 2 free.

Which Paid and Which Free Methods to Use?

Once you’re aware of your budget, you can select one paid traffic generation and 2 strategies which are (but will take more of your time). Tip: when choosing the 2 free methods, it’s important to remember that you’re limited on time, so choosing 2 time consuming methods is not a good idea.

This video is quite old, it’s from 2007, but nevertheless, it does a great job explaining the basics of Web 2.0 traffic generation: pinging, social bookmarking, blogging, etc.

Let me ask you something…

What if I told you to STOP working day and night writing articles, posting blogs, setting up PPC campaigns, searching high and low for joint venture partners, creating videos … and all the other back breaking and boring stuff?
